A rowdy creature seemingly made of water. His appearances in the series are always incredibly random and crazy. He is characterised to be mostly naked, few scenes give attention to his butt, shaking it or sometimes farting. The other times, he has different guises, presenting himself as another person, than he is, like in Di Gi Charat Nyo!, where he no more is naked, due to be show more aimed at children. There is not known much about him in the series, but he might have a niece (or nephew?) named Bon, who looks completely like Piyoko, who mistook her with few times. There is a little chance, he really is Piyoko´s uncle due the strange appearance of her parents, but she claims she has not seen him before.
